Dual-Channel LED Design for Flexible Fluorescent Protein Excitation
Fluorescent proteins are important tools in modern life science research. Researchers often need to perform rapid preliminary screening of many candidate samples. Traditional methods may require complex optical systems or lengthy sample preparation, whereas the LUYOR-3415 provides a portable, easy-to-use excitation source for real-time fluorescence observation. For years, the most popular fluorescent colors have been green fluorescent proteins (GFP, eGFP, fluorescein, etc.) and red fluorescent proteins (RFP, DsRed, TdTomato, mCherry, etc.). To support these widely used fluorophores, LUYOR offers the Dual Fluorescent Protein Excitation Lamp LUYOR-3415RG, which combines blue and green LEDs for efficient excitation of both green and red fluorescent proteins.

With every LUYOR-3415 Dual Fluorescent Protein Lamp, you will receive two pairs of barrier filter glasses and a convenient storage case. The glasses are well matched to the excitation so that they block the reflected excitation light while transmitting the fluorescence with high efficiency, providing excellent viewing contrast.
For applications requiring mobility, the LUYOR-3415 is also available in a rechargeable battery version. This cordless configuration offers greater portability and allows researchers to perform fluorescence excitation and screening directly in the field, greenhouse, animal facility, or any location where access to a power outlet may be limited.
